前台小哥很有禮貌，服務也很好。酒店有健身房和小小的泳池。周邊吃的選擇很多。
唯一一點，之前在攜程上訂是皇冠酒店，但臨出發前被告知名字改了，根本不是皇冠。攜程的這個操作確實有點不可接受，屬於虛假宣傳…

Had read several reviews on this property. I was a little concerned that when I arrive the shuttle came and got me within 10 minutes. Arriving at the hotel the staff was excellent at check-in very helpful on where I could get something to eat outside of the hotel, everything has been Perfect the room was awesome. Clean carpet look new. It is definitely a great hotel to stay at. I only needed one night. I was taking a cruise the next day. I would definitely use this hotel again and would recommend it to everyone.

The room was clean and comfortable so i have no complaints there. But the Front Desk staff ( including the GM ) were AMAZING! I'm always nervous traveling alone as a woman but they were so nice and had me laughing whenever I came upfront for something. A++ for the lady who checked me in at 10pm with a smile on her face even though I was in a bad mood, and the ladies at checkout in the morning (the Disney Queen)

Really liked that the property is right off of interstate 10 and easily assible to the highway. The area was pretty quiet given that it is next to the highway and and good quality for the price.

Everything seemed very worn and/or slightly broken. The bed caved and squeaked, the TV only had about 10 channels, the furniture was scratched and broken, there was no room service to provide clean towels. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend in New Orleans, but the hotel room/service itself left a lot to be desired. However, the staff were very kind.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Thought that the temperature outside was the reason at first until but the a/c compressor never came on. I would’ve asked to change rooms but it was after 10 & I had to work the next day. Would have to check A/C & room better before bringing my stuff in the room.

Room was too small. Balcony view was laughable. It was almost non existent. Staff told everyone there was a view but didn't tell the entire truth. Our view was mainly McDonalds.
